A Cake Pop is a form of cake styled as a lollipop. Cake crumbs are mixed with frostings and formed into small spheres or different shapes. Then they are dipped in Vanilla Candy or Chocolate and decorated with sprinkles, fondant or other chocolate details.
A Cakesicle is a form of cake styled as a popsicle. Cake crumbs are mixed with frostings and formed into popsicles. They are dipped in Vanilla Candy or Chocolate and decorated with sprinkles, fondant or other chocolate details.
We USE nut, soy and gluten in our kitchen. However, we do have many clients with food allergies and we do our best to prevent cross contamination but please be aware that we do use soy, gluten and nuts in our kitchen.
The chocolate we use has Dairy and Soy, there are not NUTS in our chocolate (Stover's Brand). We also DO NOT use NUT unless it is a peanut or coconut based cake pop.
But always ask if you or your guests have allergies, it is critical that you notify us prior to placing your order. If you have any other dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to try and accommodate them.
An initial 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Once you fill out order form you will be contacted by Judy or Rachel to collect payment. We accept Zelle or Venmo. Deposits are non refundable unless you cancel at least 30 days prior to your event. No refunds will be given after that date.
We do not issue refunds. If you should have a problem with your order, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
We only take a limited number of orders at a time so it is important to book your order as soon as possible to reserve the date on our calendar. Some details can take days or even weeks to create so having sufficient time to create your masterpiece is necessary. Bringing your idea to life takes time, dedication and great attention to detail.
Please submit orders 14 days prior to event.
Each design is unique: Therefore, the price of the POPPIES varies considering how many are ordered and design elements. Pricing starts @ add’l $10.

Delivery Fees are based on mileage.
1-30 miles FREE DELIVERY if you Order 3 Dozen +
1-30 miles $5 Delivery Fee
31-40 miles $10 Delivery Fee
41-50 miles $30 Delivery Fee
51-60 miles $55 Delivery Fee
61-80 miles $75 Delivery Fee
Note: Once an order is no longer in our care (delivered or picked up), we take no responsibility for any damage incurred. If you are picking up please be sure to place your cake box on a flat surface in your vehicle, it is not recommended to be held on a person’s lap as that is an unstable surface.
We no do not have a storefront. We are a home- based bakery. We follow Florida’s Cottage Law Regulations. We guarantee freshness so we do not keep POPPIES on hand. Everything is made to order.
All orders must be submitted at least 2 days in advance. Specialty orders we ask at least 14 days in advance. We may have weekly specials that you can purchase. You can find us on facebook. We also sell our products at local green markets and shows.
Each of your POPPIES will be individually wrapped. POPPIES are safest displayed on a flat surface or in stands. We do have some stands available to rent for your event. Please contact us in advance if needed.
Once your POPPIES have been delivered and set up, the care and condition of the POPPIES becomes the clients responsibility. POPPIES BY: rachel + judy are not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter, including someone bumping the table, a stand or table breaking or collapsing, child damage or any other possible causes or environmental effects that may damage the POPPIES.
Humidity and heat can adversely affect your POPPIES, especially here in Florida. In the warmer months, it is recommended that the POPPIES be kept in air conditioning or at the very least a cool area. POPPIES should never be displayed in direct sunlight or anywhere sunlight might eventually move. Determine someplace the POPPIES can be displayed indoors on exceedingly hot days or in case of rain.
We suggest keeping POPPIES in refrigeration and then take out 1-2 hours prior to the event.
Fondant decorations on POPPIES sweat from the heat. It is sugar after all! Fondant embellishments can become shiny and the colors can run due to heat and humidity. It is strongly recommended that POPPIES being picked up by the customer be transported in an air-conditioned vehicle and if you transport it, you are responsible for any damage once it leaves our possession.
You acknowledge that POPPIES BY: rachel + judy is in no way responsible for any damage that may occur due to weather conditions or outdoor locations including heat, humidity, insects or human error.
We accept orders online via our order form, email, text or phone call. All POPPIES orders require a minimum of 2 days advance pre - order. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation. Once an order is placed online via order form, you will be contacted.
Custom cake pops/cakesicles are based on availability and require a minimum of 14 days advance pre order.
All designs provided by POPPIES BY: rachel + judy are our sole property and cannot be sold or transferred to another baker without our written approval.
We cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake pop/cakesicle artist work, but we will ensure the look is similar with final design that will be unique. We will make every effort to provide exactly the details you have requested but please keep in mind that the creation of POPPIES is an art and may be subject to slight variations and/ or errors by the creator(s), including colors.
Every POPPIE is individually wrapped in cellophane, tied with a twisty and placed into a windowed box or paper bag.
Custom cake pops/cakesicles will be wrapped in cellophane, tied with a twisty (you can choose colors, ribbons that will be tied on stick, or if you want designer sticks) * An additional fee will be incurred if you want designer sticks.
